Every project begins with a conversation, not a shopping list. Heidi’s approach is to understand your home, your life, and your existing pieces before recommending anything new. This isn’t just good design. It’s a more respectful use of your investment.


How it Works

Initial consultation

A focused in-home meeting to assess your space, understand your goals, and determine how we can help.

❋ STEP 2

Project agreement

To move forward, clients sign and date a client agreement and submit the initiation deposit. This secures your place on our schedule and marks the official start of your project.

❋ STEP 3

Design plan

A thoughtful, prioritized plan, honoring existing pieces while identifying what's truly needed.

❋ STEP 4

Sourcing & execution

Heidi and her team manage every detail, from procurement and vendor coordination to scheduling and installation, from first order through final reveal.

Client initiation deposit $5,000
Design services $225 / hour
Billing includes Design, sourcing, site visits & coordination

Heidi works with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure each project receives the attention it deserves.
